Delivery Conditions

In our shop, under every product, you can see an "Expected dispatch date". When you make a purchase, you will also receive this information in the "Order Confirmation" email.

Please note that these times are just an estimation. We begin to process your order the moment your payment has been received and processed, so the date is subject to change.

If the product is available in our main warehouse, shipment will usually take up to 3 working days after booking the payment, and delivery should not take longer than 4-8 working days.

Will the furniture be carried into my home?

Your furniture will be delivered free of charge to the curb or as close to the front door of your home or building as possible, depending on whether or not the truck can get close, but it will not be transported indoors. Delivery of large objects can be made to a room of your choice at an additional cost. The chosen room must be accessible by normal stairs. The cost can be viewed on the product page or at the end of the purchase process. If you wish to take advantage of this additional service, select this delivery option at the time of your purchase or contact our customer service via Whatsapp or Email. The delivery service to a division of your choice cannot be added after the product has already been shipped.

Three shipping options for your convenience:

1) Standard Shipping - R/C Overseas (Free for PT & ES): The carrier will deliver the items to the specified location as per standard methods. 2) Home Delivery: We offer a home delivery service for a fee of €40 in Portugal only. This service includes the delivery of items inside your home, in a room of your choice. 3) Home Delivery and Assembly: For greater convenience, we offer a complete home delivery and assembly service for €90 in Portugal only.

As soon as your order is shipped you will get a "Dispatch Information" email with the tracking details. From that moment you'll be able to check the order status yourself.

What should I do when I receive my order?

When your delivery arrives, please check the following: – That the products are the ones you ordered and in good condition. – That the packaging is intact. – That the number of packages delivered corresponds with the number on the delivery note.If you’ve chosen the assembly or home delivery service options, the courier will contact you to organise the delivery of your order. When your delivery arrives, also check that the service has been carried out correctly and that there has been no damage to your products or home. If there is damage, you must make sure the incident is stated in the delivery note. If something isn’t right, put “I accept with reservation” on the delivery note and say why. When reporting damage or a defect, you must supply photographic evidence, both of the product and of the label on the packaging.

Shipping costs are free to any location in mainland Portugal and Spain, excluding islands. For these areas, there may be an additional delivery fee. For other countries in the European community, a small transport fee will be charged, which you will easily find at your checkout. Please contact customer service for more information.

Will the furniture be carried into my home?

Your furniture will be delivered to the curb or as close to your door as the lorry can get, but will not be carried into your home. If you would like your furniture to be delivered into your home or garden, the customer has the possibility to contract the service of home delivery during the purchase process; the cost of this service is determined by the carrier/partner. Please select this option in the purchase process or contact customer service about the need for the additional service by our Whatsapp button so that we can have enough time to update the order.

Products arrive assembled?

The product specification section of each item will say whether it needs assembling or not. If it does need to be assembled, it will come with an instruction manual with a step-by-step guide on how to do this. 

Will the delivery man take away the packaging?

Please note that the original packaging is required if you want to benefit from our free returns or if there is a problem with the product and you need to make a claim. We recommend that you keep the packaging until you can confirm that the product is intact and that you do not wish to return it.

The following is a complete list of countries we ship to. If your country is not included in this list unfortunately we don’t deliver there yet:

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Metropolitan France, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and Switzerland.

Can I request for my order to be delivered at a later date?

Yes, if you want your order to be delivered on a later date than initially indicated, we can hold it for up to 2 months from the scheduled delivery date. Simply leave a note at Checkout of your order.
