Exchanges and Returns

The returns service is FREE.

You have 30 calendar days to contact BUDWING and request the return of the product through our address info@confort24.com

1. Contact our customer service department through the e-mail info@confort24.com indicating the reason for the exchange or return. If there is something wrong with the product, please send us photos.

2. When requesting the collection, you will receive by e-mail all the instructions on how to return the product.

3. The product must be sent disassembled and with the original packaging.

4. We will coordinate with the carrier to collect the product at your address. The collection is free.

5. After the carrier picks up the product, we will approve the refund of your payment and inform you by email.
